I don't want to seem like someone that takes sandpaper and oversands an otherwise ok idea, written into a block of wood-- but I represent a small set of the world population that did suffer extreme... um... "unhappiness" to the point of being unable to properly perform essential tasks to survive or perform tasks that keeps the money moving about. A non-addictive drug was given to me and it felt someone poured liquid sunshine on my brain and got me back into life. Sure, side-effects such as cloudiness of thinking only slightly affected me. But "dystopianizing" smart drugs may not bode well for the rest of the human populace.
